Dr kamal Patel is a very good doctor but his receptionist and whoever is working there, they have very bad attitude. Hang up the phone without listening the concerns.Very bad service. Really shocked by getting that kind of service.I just needed to refill my prescription but the receptionist doesn’t want to listen at all and she told that doctor will give me a call. But I have doubt that she will give that message to the doctor. Very very bad service. Hopefully Dr. kamal Patel read this message.

My Dad was regular patient of Dr. Kamal Patel. This doctor does not do regular required tests on his patients. My dad was 80 years old and Dr. Kamal did not do EKG for him in last 5 years. By the time we found out his heart condition through other channel, it was too late, and his heart was very week. We could have this awareness about my father’s heart condition, if Dr. Kamal would have performed proper routine checks on him. When we call Dr. Kamal’s office asking for when he performed last EKG for my father, they put us on long hold and never replied.

Had a really bad experience with this doctor. Seems like he does not care about his patients. Every visit is just an opportunity for him to get fees.

Dr. Patel will first listen to you without interrupting you. Then will carryon with his procedure, and diagnose. He then slowly explains everything. His diagnose was right most of the time. He doesn't believe in giving unnecessary medication. Wait time depends on the number of patients. Taking appointments is very easy. My family had a nice time under his care.
