Dr. Kamalesh Kumar Sankhala, MD

I had a rough time with my diagnoses and canâ??t say that Iâ??d trust everyone with my care. But when it comes to Dr. Sankhala and his team, there is not a doubt in my mind that they are doing everything in their power to make me well. From my first consultation appointment to my many many many visits to the center, I feel like I am cared for and that I matter here.

You would think that given the nature of the cancer center I would leave having had an uncomfortable and awkward experience. But instead, I was greeted SO warmly by the front office staff, the nurses, the scribes, and ESPECIALLY Dr. Sankhala. He was so nice and clearly willing to be there to answer all my questions. As soon as I told the doctor I had a question, he brought me into a private room and let me ask away! I was so surprised by this because I have gotten so used to offices that are not personable or friendly, or willing to go beyond what's necessary. Dr. Sankhala goes above and beyond and I am so incredibly relieved to have found this place!!
