I have gone to this doctor for several years... big mistake! She has no bed side manners and seems to want to get you in and out as fast as possible! She always seems unhappy and unconcerned ! I’m looking for a new doctor now!

I do not find that Dr. Williams is cold at all. The staff is very friendly and chatty. Dr. Williams focuses on the issues and listens very well. She is always willing to talk through options and to offer suggestions outside of prescription medication when asked. She is not overly chatty, which I appreciate, because it means that 99% of the time, she is right on time or ahead of schedule.

This young lady has the bedside manners of a pet rock! She tries way to hard to be professional that she acts like a robot and misses important facts. Not my cup of tea!

I found the office staff to be courtesous and I was always able to get an appointment. Dr. Williams lack of care, compassion, and overall poor bedside manner made me leave the practice after being with her since she was a resident.

10 months I have been trying to get them to sign an insurance form so my insurance company can pay the bill! Now I am going into collections because of their refusal to sign this one form...might be time to get a lawyer.

NOt a good experience with this doctor. Not a personalable person. always sent me out to other drs. Not necessary. Never receive a caring vibe. was a pateint for 5 yrs. Stsopped utiilizing her service & was referred again by a specialist. gave her a 2nd chance., she wasn't better. Would nor recoommend her.

the office staff are not courteous and have an attitude toward everything(i even got an eye roll when i asked about scheduling a follow up appt.)Not friendly at all. Dr. Abrams seems to not care about patients very much. You see the doctor for under 3 min, and if u want anything prescribed she just basically writes a script so you leave. I am currently looking for another PCP, the only reason i chose her was because of location. This is coming from someone who works in a hospital.
