Excellent doctor! Very thorough and compassionate. Dr. Jones is easy to talk to and listens to patient concerns. Great follow up and coordination of specialist referrals and services needed.

Run away the people in this practice are all coniving and will cover for each others lies i would not take my gold fish to dr jones dr mccoughney at patriot primary care!!! Watch out the staff will stab you in the back as soon as you turn away.

I had to change doctors when my insurance was dropped by my previous doctor's group. I was seen immediately upon arrival. (It was an early morning appointment). Dr. Jones asked good questions, answered my questions throughly, and was very kind. She had a substitute nurse on the day of my visit, and was very patient with her as she fumbled around not knowing Dr. Jones' routine. I've seen other doctors bark at what they feel is incompetence. Her compassion impressed me. I am waiting for lab work to be completed to determine the course of action with meds, but if the first visit is any indication, I feel I'll be happy with my follow-up with Dr. Jones.

I've seen Dr. Jones a couple of times, the first time I saw her, she wanted to put me on Flowmax, before any PSA results were completed, not a digital exam was performed. Not sure if this was because Flomax was providing the urine specimen cups or not..............The last time I saw her for Bronchitis, she gave me meds, and I made a decent recovery, except for a hacking cough, that I went back to see her for. The nurse said they would call in a refill, however that didn't happen. A few days later, I call to see if I could get something for my cough, I was told Dr. Jones said no. Not sure I understand this, but I got a little upset. I explained that the over the counter cough suppressant wasn't working. Still, I was told no. In my opinion, Dr. Jones, could have, and should have taking some course of action, other than doing nothing.

Outstanding doctor, patient, good follow up. I have had bad experiences with other doctors and she has been the best. I have seen her for over three years and would not change doctor's again.
