Dr. Kara Liebling Kahan, MD

Dr. Kahan came into my life as a necessity when my long time doctor quit his practice. I was transferred over to her and she LITERALLY saved my life! I was in a horribly dark place when I met her. During the first visit she had already spent time looking at my history & the plethora of drugs I had been prescribed over the years that never seemed to work so she had a good feel for what she was dealing with. She knew immediately what to prescribe and I've been on it ever since. That's been over 10 years ago! She is so personable and caring and she truly takes the time to listen. She's not one to just half-listen and write prescriptions like so many others do. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

She has saved my life. She focuses on children and teens, but works with adults too. I'm so happy I found her. She is compassionate and will continue to to work with you until you get better.

Dr. Kahan is nice, caring and listens. My son liked her and talked to her easily. We found a medication that worked for his ADD that didn't cause side effects the others did.

No one listens and cares about her patients more than Dr. Kahan. She is always prompt, has an excellent staff, and her new office is in a great location - right off 610 south loop west. I am so lucky to have found her!
