Dr. Kara Joy Way, MD

I was referred to Dr. Way by my cancer doctor. In my last CT scan it showed some issues with my brain and referred me to Dr. Way. She was very knowledgeable and explained the CT scan where I understood her wanting a cognitive test. I go back to Dr. Way to get the results of that test. She took time with me and answered any questions I had. Very impressed and thankful I was referred to her.

I was sent to Dr. way, after experiencing, Neorological problems, persistent fever, etc. she didn’t seem to care at all, talked with me briefly and set me up for a follow up appointment 4 months later. I found a different Dr. and tested positive for RMSF and high EBV levels, I’m so glad I found a different Dr. and didn’t let her haughty, inconsiderate, way of dealing with patients effect my health and searching for answers.

Very detailed, explained everything clearly. What options are available and willing to help with my headaches. Highly recommend

Dr. Way is a compassionate and knowledgeable , she listen and is able to diagnose the problem I was having and its source. Her treatment has been cautious and acceptable to me in treating my problems.

Wondering why it takes 5 months for someone to get in? We have not had a visit but heard very good things. My mom is needing a neurologist and they tell her it will be 5 months. I’m sorry this is very sad that it takes this long. What can be done to make it sooner?
