All my thoughts about eating has been changed

They are always rushed and receive you extremely late. One time I was received a whole hour after my appointment time, I didn't get out of the office until about 2 1/2 hours later. My appointment time was at 3:30 and I didn't get out of there till about 7pm. 7PM! They are also not available some days in the morning and some days in the afternoon. They always seem to switch which days these are (so confusing and completely unorganized). One time, because they were so rushed, they didn't analyze my sample correctly, and I received the wrong medication. They called me about 4 days after I started taking them. I would recommend staying away. On the bright side, the nurse is very friendly.

I've been going to Dr. Ali about a year. The visits have been getting progressively worse, by the fact of the very long wait to see the doctor. The end of this year I will be switching doctors. One of my latest visits was a total over 2 hours. I ended up leaving waiting to talk to her about an xray, told the nurse to call me later with the results, otherwise I would have been there longer. Its too bad, because I think Dr. Ali is a good doctor, just the office staff seems very disorganized and the wait is too long.

I am a student in the Health care field, so I know pretty well what needs to be done when seeing a patient.I went to see Dr Ali for a physical exam, my wait time was around 30 mins. I was called, went in the exam room, she chatted with me for a while, seemed in a rush to get things done. A few things she did that I didn't appreciate:- while performing my pap smear, she failed to communicate with me, and tell me what she was about to do. You always need to communicate with your patient and tell them what you're about to do BEFORE doing it!- I went to the office telling her that I needed a flu shot, she wrote it down on her notes, but completely forgot to tell the nurse to give it to me.- I had several tests done, I have called the office for 2 weeks, no one returned my calls to tell me about my results. My next appointment was the following week, when I informed them that I have been calling, and my calls were not returned, no one could tell me anything. I really wasn't happy about… that. - COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!- It turned out that one of my results came back with concerns, and I had to take one medication, Dr Ali, told me in medical term this is what she'll give me BID - I am glad I could understand the jargon, but never left the office with an actual prescription nor was the prescription was called to my pharmacy.I had a very negative experience with Dr Ali, and would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Ali is very easy to speak with. She has a great bedside manner and will do her best to help.
