Staff and doctors are wonderful. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time and the doctor never makes you feel rushed during your appointment. They take the time to answer any and all questions.

i called in the office in the morning with my problem and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. The staff and nurse was polite and concern with my health issue. Dr Schooler was in the examining room shortly afterward was professional and addressed my medical attention and if I had any other problems don't hesitate to call back. When leaving the staff were friendly and telling me to have a wonderful day by my first name. I truly felt special and as if I had know them for years. When checking out the receptionist asked how do you like Dr. Schooler my response she is wonderful and her responses was I like her and we smile as always when Dr. Schooler enters the examining room she has that pleasant smile. Thanks to all for the positive experience.

I appreciate Dr. Schooler taking me as a patient! Her disposition is very calming and put me at ease as I transitioned from my longtime doctor to her, my new doctor. I appreciate having this medical practice as my primary medical provider.

I was very pleased that Dr. Schooler listened thoroughly to my patient concerns and tested appropriately. I did not feel that I was being rushed during my visit.

I marked all of these excellent but one, but they don't look like they registered. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit with Dr. Schooler's caring and concern. She covered all the important things and asked appropriate questions. I was prepared to ask for another doctor, but my husband and I both came out very impressed & happy with our care My main concern is that she is already part-time, and has cut another day from her schedule for seeing pts. I would like a full-time doctor. I have a 6 mo diabetic check-up this next week so I can discuss this with her then. I don't want to leave this group as we have used them for over 34 years. So far I have been able to get an appointment in a reasonable length of time but non of my needs have been urgent. Sometimes, if she if off, it takes longer to get questions answered or refills sent to the pharmacy. Occasionally, my question has to be called in twice if she is off, and my question get lost in the shuffle. I plan on continuing to… see her, but hope she is soon able to increase her hours.

Regarding the stars, we chose excellent, but the stars did not indicate our choices. About Dr. Schooler, our first meeting with her as my Primary Care Physician went well.
