I have been a nurse for 39 years and have NEVER known a physician to spend as much time with patients as she does. Dr. Burks actually listens to your complaints and gives the best treatment in a caring and compassionate way. I feel so fortunate to be her patient.

I've been a patient of Dr. Burks for almost ten year's and I can without a doubt testify to her care and compassion for her patients, and also her professionalism. She is by far more experienced and more intelligent than most specialist I've seen in my lifetime and this includes Neurological ones. She is the best in my opinion and is truly an exceptional doctor, the kind that is often overlooked, underpaid but extremely loved by their patients.

Dr. Burks is very attentive and thorough. She sits down and listens well and asks questions and explains her diagnosis and treatment plan before she walks away from you. She and her staff follow up and are very dependable.

I love Dr. Burks...she is great!!! Her husband/Office Manager is very cruel!!! He has zero compassion.

Nurses and physician doesn't return phone calls after they state they will. They are not efficient in diagnosing problem or treating problem.

Dr. Burks is so caring. She takes the time to explain what your illness is in easy to understand terms. You will never walk away feeling like she doesn't care. My first was great, she let me tell her everything that was going on and didn't rush me.

She is competent, caring, and takes time with her patients. I have recommended her numerous family members and friends.
