Baptist Health Family Medicine Residency Clinic

I have been taking my prescribed medication (antidepressant) since it was prescribed to me in March 2022. My primary care physician, Sana Mohsin, stressed the importance of not missing the medication daily. I ran out of my medication on March 11 2024 and requested a refill the same day. My primary care physician, Sana Mohsin, is ignoring my refill requests and not responding to any forms of communication. My pharmacy reached out for a refill request on March 12 with no response. I called the clinic today with no answer. I received a voicemail from Chrissy at the clinic saying that they will not refill the medication and suggested that I sign up for Medicaid or government assistance.
