If I could give her a 10, I would! Dr Carter and her staff are the best of the best! I have a 21 year old daughter with multiple special needs and she has been with Dr Carter since she was 3! I highly recommend her!

She works with all nationality’s in such a loving manner.., and knows so much about disabled kids!

Dr. Cater is caring and passionate. Her main concern is in the best interest of her patient. I have a special needs daughter. The office is very resourceful and helpful. I'd recommend her to anyone.

is it me or has anyone noticed she falls asleep during visits...Especially when she only sees my child once a year and is quick to call in a scrip?

Dr. Carter, is one of the most caring people in the world. She goes way beyond any oath she has ever taken. Dr. Carter has been a godsend to our family, she will call you back at any time even though you can tell in her voice she has had a hard day but never complaining, always trying to calm any fear you might have. We love her with all our heart.

Dr. Carter is a great doctor, she is attentive and caring. She is great at what she does and you can tell by the way that she treats her patients.

She's very accurate with her judgments and diagnosis. And calls you back at night when you need to talk to her personally about your child. We moved out of state but always wilingly to see her , she does a good job with my kids.
