Dr. Karen Deborah Cheng, MD

Disregard for patient wellbeing, terrible staff I loved Dr Cheng to the point I brought my daughter and my husband in as patients. We all participated in sleep studies and then were referred to different providers for an oral appliance and sleep therapy for our daughter. I have tried multiple times to schedule a follow up sleep study for me and my husband due to significant recent struggles related to other significant health changes like cancer and surgical menopause. The staff does not answer the phone or return calls. I have left many messages over several months. I finally called at a time where the phone was answered and was told that my last visit was too long ago to be considered a patient and the doctor is not taking new patients. I requested a review given the difficulty with getting through and never having had a return call. Today Jessica confirmed my family is not able to schedule. No resolution or acknowledgement of the nonexistent 'service' and no regard to our health… concerns.

Really helpful and caring doctor!

I have elderly parents and I have entrusted Dr. Cheng with helping my parents to treat their underlying sleep disorder. She has been very caring and attentive to their needs. We have been very happy.

Dr Cheng has really helped to treat my restless legs syndrome and I’m sleeping much better thanks to her help!

Dr. Cheng has evaluated both of my boys and she has a special interest in treating children with sleep disorders. I like how her office communicates well with us and everyone is very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cheng and her staff. She’s a truly caring physician and really attentive to my needs.
