Horrible place to go they will mis diagnose you refuse to care.

one mature age staff lady ( initial D, after few problems afraid 2ask for sure) at front sooo unreliable, blames on patien some staff very nice, some not so much being seen wait time can be very good doctor mean, dismissive. lots of patient blaming, narrow view of healthcare, don't dare quesiton anything

Check her background with the medical board. Because I did not have the time to do so before seeing her due to disabling illness (also the cause for seeing her as a walk in in need of longtime care, I had wasted my time, suffered, and entered a circus of a negligent, incompetent, heartless, and mocking doctor who failed to treat. Dispite her background she could have redeemed herself by just being a doctor inbehavior and care. Her behavior with me and her past both testifies to the fact that this person should not be allowed to practice medicine and reinstating her license was a woeful mistake.

I have to admit that I rarely leave reviews, but this place left me feeling just terrible. Here are the reasons why I found it not worth my time or money. 1.) The office is just gross. Its outdated and the rooms feel like a cheap motel. 2.) The staff is not overly friendly3.) I saw Karen Spring the nurse practitioner (when I was expecting/requesting to see the Dr) and I felt like she was lazy in making a diagnoses.4.) Karen Spring just asked me a couple of questions and handed me a script, then charged me $75 (I have no insurance) for her 5 minutes of time. She considered her efforts a "level 2"service, even though I was expecting to pay around $50 like front desk told me. 5.) Moreover, I was not able to speak to her in private since she never dismissed the medical assistant from the room. I felt terrible when I walked out. Not much compassion. In the end I went to go see a family practitioner (Gemini Medicine), for the same amount of money and amazing service, and a much more thorough… diagnosis of a serious problem. Dont go to this place. Dont waste your time.

Walk in clinic, so I expected to wait. Did not have to wait very long.
