The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and hold a false sense of entitlement. Go anywhere but there.

My family had been patients of Dr Kramer’s for a very long time. Apparently they can change office policies and procedures without notifying you. And then when you miss one appointment in 20 years, not even consider that when you want to reschedule a Saturday appointment. I spoke with Dr. Kramer myself and she really didn’t care if I stayed with their practice. She was very cold to me. I was floored. My family will no longer be going there. And I do not recommend her services. You are just a paycheck to her.

Has taken care of a number of my family members. Dr Kramer explains all procedures, pros and cons, and does a wonderful job. Her staff is knowledgeable and kind. They all make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience.

Dr. Kramer's office is professional yet absolutely personable! They are more than willing to see us on an emergency basis when needed and they have always accommodated our financial constraints. All of the staff are warm and make our children feel at home when we have visits. We will never go to another dental practice again.
