rude staff, difficult to get an appointment Took days to get a return phone call. Do not waste your time with this office.

Was told to arrive 1 hour early for xrays. Was there on time waited 45 mis before I was taken back. Waited another 20 mins before being put in exam room. Back office staff not friendly at all. Dr. peeked her head in and said she"d be with me in a minute. Another 15-20 min waiting before she came in. Exam was complete. Advised me to have Inj. Wait again for a staff memember to come in and tell me they have to call my ins. co. so they"ll call me. Spent 2 hours sitting around waiting in this office for all this. After 1 wk. I called to see what was happening with Inj. They had never contacted Ins co but would call me back. Another day down the tubes and no return call. I called my Ins co and had the answer in less that 5 mins. Very disappointed with this office.
