I move recently to Ventura, I had labs done, yet never did she call with results. I called numerous times left messages with the staff to call me requesting lab results. No phone calls returned to me. I was schedule a Telehealth per Manager, I waited, and no Call to me the patient. Very disappointed on not showing any care to me as the patient. I checked at Quest, my cholesterol High, and other lab values and no phone call to me as a patient. I will definitely not recommend this office and physician, no compassion to patients.

Dr. Fields is an innovative practitioner who takes the time to dig deep to come up with the best treatment plan for each individual patient. She and her staff are accessible and responsive.

I’ve had problems with this doctor recently. I had some imaging done and she stated she would call me to talk about the results a week or two after they had been made. She never did I called her after about two weeks and left a message with her medical assistant to call back and she never did. About a few days later I called again and left a voicemail told them that I had imaging done and was waiting to get called back. A day later I called, the medical assistant said she had heard my message and had left my chart with the doctor (the doctor would be there at 2pm) but that she was very busy and would probably call me in between patients I said it was fine. I waited that day and the next day I told myself maybe they’ll call today (they never did). Called again today and left a voicemail that I’ve called four times in the past two weeks to get my results and still nothing. I will be changing doctors ASAP.
