Dr. Karen Aneita Gaynair Surry, MD

Always have to wait for more than an hour to see her like she's the president, and never listens to the patient's opinion. Always forcing patients to do what SHE wants.

Dr. Gaynair is the best doctor i have ever had. She listen to me and answer all of my questions. My appointments are always on time and she truly cares about her patients!

My overall experience was positive. The atmosphere is pleasant. The office staff is respectful and have a love for the people. It seems as if their desire is to get you in and out of the office. Dr Gaynair shows much love and she is patient as well as caring for her patience.

The office visit was quick in and out hardly any patients in there besides me. It was quite small, but very entertaining to look at. I like the staff because they were very courteous and the office because it was well decorated, but the doctor seems like she has no time for the patients; she groups everyone into a standard group and never listens to the actual patients or their needs.I think she has a lot of growing to do as a doctor. Sometimes these things are only learned with time, and she is very inexperienced. (Even though it says that she has practice medicine around the world). The most important thing she can learn is how to treat an individual person. To me it seems as if she only chose this profession to please her family and friends and not because it was in her heart. It just seems like she wanted to make a pretty office and practice medicine, but medicine is about the patient. But overall she is a good doctor for anyone who doesn't have any special care needs. (i.e. Women… with children, children, and men with no real health problems. In other words someone who only need basic check-ups).

She does not come to the phone she said she is to busy to do this. She has her staff deal with calls, labs, etc. Our dealings with this physician was unpleasant. She is not experienced enough and you can feel you are a burden if you have to beg for her to call you with lab results and it took seven days. This is when she made us feel like we were a burden, because she made it a point to let us know how unhappy she was that she had to call us at our home in the evening, when she said she could have been at home rather then on the phone giving us our (abnormal) lab results. But, she made sure she billed the insurance company, Three Hundred Dollars for her office visit, not saying that is what she got as payment, but that was her fee.We have already fired her as our physician after her whining and complaining of how she is to busy that she cannot take the time to speak to her patients.This was our one and only visit with her.

I would recommen any and every one to see Dr Gaynair. She is uptodate on her medical issues, she is easy to talk to, she explaines things well. the computer system in the office shows you how up to date and high tech the office is. My family and I love Dr Gaynair and we welcome you to join in on the family.

Dr. Gaynair was very easy to communicate with and is obviously a people-person; compassionate and understanding. I felt as though she had my best interest at heart instead of being just another patient.

DR. GAYNAIR IS AN AWESOME DOCTOR WHO SPENDS AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF TIME WITH EACH PATIENT. SHE'S VERY KNOWLGBLE AND COMPASSIONATE. DR GAYNAIR BEDSIDE MANNER IS OUTSTANDING. ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS DR. DESERVES AN A-PLUS. SHE IS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING.
