Dr. Karen Jean Haas, DO

I saw Dr Haas today and left feeling excited that I may get answers after months of pain and frustration of not having answers. She actually looked me in the eyes and listened to me and my husband. She showed compassion and that she really was concerned with what is going on. She asked questions and spent a great deal of time talking with me. I greatly appreciated all her time and compassion. She is wonderful. Molly the NP is also great. The whole staff in this office is amazing. They show no rush to get rid of you. They all show compassion and actually care about their patients. They truly are an amazing group of people and deserve to be recognized for how much they care. They are a busy office and it takes a little time to get in. They tell you that you will be put on list if someone cancels and they do that. I got called and moved up quickly. It is worth the wait, to be treated so special. Dr Haas did not rush me at all, she did have a call at end of appt from another doctor… that I knew she needed to take, but still paid attention to me, i wanted to tell her go ahead and take call, but she was determined to keep her focus on me. I so appreciate all she has done and I feel like she will find me answers or refer me on if need be. I highly reccomend this office if you want great quality care. Just remember it may take a little time, but when its your turn you will get great care, courtesy and compassion and maybe answers. Just be patient. I have been having problems since Thanksgiving 2018. Keep in mind also I have several other health issues that may have interrupted with getting to the bottom of things. Hope someone will give this staff a little recognition for their hard work of being such a great staff of teamwork, showing compassion for patients. They greatly deserve it.
