Dr. Karen Jacobs, DO

Dr. Karen Jacobs is taking excellent care of me . Im a new patient . She is a happy person , she listens to my concerns and helps me to be a better me. She is very knowledgeable in her profession. I like her alot. Her nurses are friendly and office staff as well. I'm grateful to have her as my doctor.

This was my very first visit and after waiting 2 hrs a resident dr. Comes in and I was expecting to see Dr. Jacobs. They never said I’ll be seeing a resident. The resident asked me a few health questions then said she’ll confer with dr. Jacobs and be right back. I waited another 20mins. I can hear in the hallway the staff chit chatting and laughing the entire wait (very unprofessional). I decided to leave and ask for a refund. The front office was not welcoming and rude. The dr didn’t even have the courtesy to come in and introduce herself to a new patient. I was the only one there and it wasn’t busy. I was very shocked at the unprofessionalism at this office.

I had tests and in severe pain but it’s been 3 weeks and two calls on my part to get results with no luck. It’s clear that no one cares.

Dr Jacobs was a phenomenal Doctor till I actually got something more than a common illness. Then she had no idea how to handle it.

My husband and I recently relocated to FL from PA and needed to find a new primary care physician. We made an excellent choice in Dr. Jacobs. Very professional, but also very real. She spent a lot of time with each of us and was truly interested in who we are, as well as our medical histories. Highly recommend. The office staff is excellent, too. Pleasant, thorough, patient.

Great for the common cold but thats about it!

Takes her time to deliver superlative Care

Dr. Jacobs is amazing. She's the most courteous and caring doctor I've met so far. Her bedside manner is outstanding and meeting her was like meeting up with an old friend!

Dr Jacobs definitely took the time with her patients to get to know them and listen to their ailments. Very personable. Highly recommended. Just bummed she will no longer be in the Brandon TGMG location.

I have had a long medical histry and have seen dr's of all types from around the country. Dr Jacobs is, by far, the most compasionate caring doctor I have ever had. SHe takes as much time as needded for appointments and I have never felt like a burden, even though I know at times I could be. I am a male patient and never felt tthat was an issue. She is very open minded and truely listens to what I have to say and is not afraid to admit when something seems out of her legue or to get a second opinion. I highly reccomend her for anyone looking for health care.
