Dr. Jefferson was warm, reassuring and informative- she kept the appointment moving but also made sure to hear what I had to say. This was my first time seeing her and I would 100% recommend her to any loved ones. It is clear that she is an excellent doctor taking great care of her patients.

Dr. Karen Jefferson is one of my favorite obgyn's I have ever had. She always takes the time to explain things and her bedside manner is caring and supportive well still being clear and strong.

Only spent 4 minutes in the room with me start to finish. Did not do a Pap, despite my records saying I was overdue for one (I found out afterwards when looking in my records). It was clear she did not read my medical history beforehand. When I asked about solutions for symptoms I was having she said literally "I can give you SSRIs or Birth Control but that's it." No discussion or anything other than just "have some pills." When I looked at my notes after my visit, there were recommendations for vitamins in the notes that she NEVER said in my appointment. I can't believe that she lied in her medical notes. I felt so brushed off. I was still trying to talk to her as she walked out of the room. I cried after this visit. I will never go back to this person who completely did not care about my health whatsoever.

Dr. Jefferson & staff are always a pleasure to visit. After over 13 years of experience with Dr. Jefferson & staff, I can truly say they are gems & Dr. Jefferson has mastered her craft. If she moves 5 states over I promise I will take a vacation each year for my annual. She is top notch! Prompt with returning calls, prompt with appointments, excellent bedside, she cares about YOU. She will discuss all options with you & allow you to ponder on it before accepting whatever decision you choose. She educates you in a manner that is very easy to receive. Dr. Jefferson ROCKS!

DR. JEFFERSON HAS DELIVERED ALL 3 OF MY CHILDREN, AND I'M NOW UNDER HER CARE WITH MY 4TH CHILD. SHE KEEPS ME ON MY TOES ABOUT MY ALL AROUND THE BOARD HEALTH. SHES LIKE A MOTHER FIGURE AND I LOVE HER! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DR. JEFFERSON YOU ARE AMAZING AND SO VERY CARING!
