Horrible doctor!!!

Dr. Krone was instrumental in my recovery from life threatening injury. I am extremely grateful for her efforts in my full recovery.

I would never recommend Dr. Krone nor the University Hospital Pain Center. Half the time, Dr. Krone wasn't even there for my appts. & Dr. Anany had to fill in. Dr. Anany was fine, but it was obviously not his call on some of the things, so I had some completely wasted appts. When she was there, all she wanted to do was talk about stocks, her impending vacation, or other things that were the farthest from my mind. Or she was in a big hurry to get out of there to go to lunch, and you could tell she cut short my appt., and her attention span to my needs. In the long run, she never helped with my pain problem at all, and it was time wasted there. The last time I went there, all she said was there's nothing she can do and I just have to deal with it. To me it seemed to be too much bother for her. The staff, with the exception of the woman where you checked in, were just as bad. They were rude, discourteous, talked to me like I was freaking moron, thought they were more important than they… were, and acted like it was a big hassle to do their job. One smelled of cigarettes so bad that I could barely refrain from coughing. The whole department needs to be closed or completely overhauled and with all new staff. By the tone of my review, you can surmise that I left there with a lot of bitterness as to how I was treated. I hope others got better treatment than I did. I would never recommend them nor would I ever go back.

Horrible doctor. Just wanted to talk about herself & the stock market. Didn't help me at all. Just said there was nothing they could do for me. Didn't make any suggestions. BIG waste of time and energy. I left there more depressed about my illness than when I came. Also, most of the staff in the back are extremely rude, lack any professionalism, acted like they were all high and mighty, talked down to me. Would never go back there.

She is a horrible Doctor, the only thing she knows how to do is giving drugs, she is worse than a drug dealer

Not being able to reach this Doctor or her Office EVER!!!!!! Caused a Family emergency to go untaken care of.
