Dr. Karen Rae Kronman, MD

I believe Dr. Kronman is an excellent physician. I have had three surgeries performed by her with the desired results each time. She called me after I was discharged from the hospital after my hysterectomy. She scheduled an extra post-op visit just to make sure everything was OK.

The worst experience I've ever had with any doctor. Abominable attitude, rude, and not even slightly interested in my extreme discomfort when I finally had to tell her during a routine check-up and PAP exam that it was unusually painfull and very uncomfortable. In all the years of my annual checkups and PAP exams, I've never experienced anything like that. Telling her about the unusual harsh pain and discomfort elicited only the thoughtless and unprofessional comment "Well, when you don't use it, that's what happens." (that's verbatim). Through 30 years and at least 3 other gynocologists, I have never experienced any doctor acting like that, or such unusual pain and discomfort during a routine exam I've had many times.
