Karen was great. I need a procedure done where I’ve had problems in the past and the procedure could not be completed. During my visit with Karen she asked me questions that no other care provider had asked me before. Because she was so thorough I’m confident that I’ll be able to have my procedure done this time since the doctor will have all the information he needs upfront with no surprises. I felt cared for. I’m beyond greatful!

It was my first time doing a FaceTime. I found it to be a good experience and I thought Dr. Lathers was kind and professional.
