My appointment today with Dr. Lauer began with the courteous greeting of an assistant who immediately put me at ease with the vision problem I had & told me it was a normal, painless procedure that Dr. Lauer would be able to address and correct during me visit. Dr. Lauer was so kind and completely competent as she talked me through my condition and how she would correct it. Professional but personal, she made me feel like I was the only & most important patient she had this morning. Dealing with the eyes and vision is very frightening but I was at ease and calm as she was in control and restored my blurry vision to crystal clarity. A miracle to me to be able to see again - thankful of my experience with her and her assistants.
