Dr. levy is very personable, yet professional. She explained how my vision had changed (very slightly), told me a previous problem had healed nicely and told me that although my cataracts had gotten a little larger, it was up to me if they bother me enough for surgery. She suggested using Refresh Tears regularly to alleviate dryness and help with blurriness. It works! I will continue to see her regularly. Everyone else was friendly and efficient. I like this practice very much and am extremely satisfied with the care and attention I receive.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Levy. I found her to be very personable, great energy, and very patient. Reading the eye chart can be tricky when asked which is better, 1 or 2, and she seemed in-tune with me being undecided, so she's automatically repeat it. Plus, she showed me my current vision, and current new vision so I could see the difference. This made me feel very confident in her as an ophthalmologist. I'll be seeing her from now on for sure. The tech who initially took me wasn't my favorite, however. She seemed agitated, not very friendly, and had a negative energy. Also, I noticed the carpet and chairs in the waiting room need to go. Dirty and stained. If i noticed, then everyone else does too.Time to spruce up your office!
