Dr Monroe and her staff provide the best medical care and the best medical environment. The expertise and thoughtful medical care is delivered in an office with water views and original art on the walls. The location at Palms of Pasadena Hospital campus is convenient and parking is easy in the garage. I highly recommend Dr Monroe.

So, that is how strongly I feel regarding not only the ineptitude of this doctor, but also her lack of professionalism in her demeanor. Dr. Monroe is rude, unhelpful and incompetent. I would not see her again if I were dying. She is the worst doctor I have ever met. Not only did she rush me out of my appointment, but her arrogance filled the room as soon as she stormed it. Safe yourself the trip and choose a different doctor.

I love my Dr. She is compassionate, always happy and treats me with dignity and respect. I recomend her to all my friends.

Not only is Dr. Monroe rude, but she makes you feel like you are an inconvienence to her. Her staff is also lacking in courteousness, and I had to go to the ER because the staff said she could not get me in for an appt. I have since changed to a GREAT doctor. Your health is important and it should be just as important to your doctor.

Very easy to get an appointment the same week I called but horrible experienceI waited over an hour and a half before even seeing the doctor. When she came in she never even addressed the issue that I came in for. I had to bring it to her attention even though I had already mentioned it to the nurse and student doctor that came in before her. She clearly knew nothing about the medication I was asking her about (even though the condition is listed on her profile under conditions treated on health grades.com) when I questioned what she was saying she again provided the wrong information when I persisted she then had to look up the info on her iphone. She did give me a prescription but after speaking with my pharmacist I realized that there were even more discrepancies. Based off of this experience I shredded the script and will be finding a new doctor, someone who actually knows what they are talking about and doesnt need to look it up on their phone.
