Dr. Karen Anne Moore, MD

This place gets even more horrible each time you visit. Took daughter in for sick visit and the new area is hot like a sauna. Last time I was told the air wasn't working and that's still the issue several months later. The wait time is terrible. Mind you these are sick children we are speaking of not a regular well check. Karen Moore is extra rude. My daughter has seen her twice and both occasions she was rude. She is not my daughters doctor but we had to see her because it was a sick visit. She knows her job and does that well but she had no filter when speaking to the kids. She is not friendly and that's unattractive in a pediatrician. Thinking about changing their doctor.

I'd like to make one thing straight Dr.Moore is a wonderful doctor and most of her staff is courteous. The person I have a problem with is the one at the front desk, if you have called and spoke to her or been in the office you should know the one with out calling her name. She is rude, very unprofessional and is not courteous. She reflex bad on the staff. She need to be some where flipping burgers and not dealing with patients.

I hate how long you have to wait on the phone to get make an appointment or for anything. I've been waiting on the phone for about 20 mins. One time it was so long i hung up and called back just so they can put me on hold again. I did it 4 times before someone actually talked to me just to tell me to leave a message for the nurse. They never find out your reason for calling, they answer the phone and put you on hold right away.

the wait time is horindous!

We have been with Dr. Moore for over five years, and have no plans on changing anytime soon. Our kid's health is very important to us, and chosing Dr. Moore to be their pediatrician has proven to be one of the wisest decisions we have made. She is very personable and knowledgeable. We also appreciate her ability to speak to us in both medical and practical terms. We have great confidence in her staff, and would whole heartedly recommend her to parents looking for competent care.
