Dr. Karen Pechman, MD

Terrible service. Never return calls. Sit on phone and wait forever and still get no one. Would never go there again. Awful

No resolution of problem and no clear diagnosis. Told me to see another doctor.

Dr. Pechman was a life saver. One year after a discectomy and laminectomy, pain and loss of mobility were horrendous. Dr Pechman moved me from barely able to make it through the day to a full and active life. Now jogging.

I'm a patient at Burke Rehabilitatin in White Plains. Dr. Pechman is more interested in finishing her rounds than caring for her patients. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. She may have been a good and caring doctor 15 years ago, but now she will not care for you. This is serious. Having her as your doctor can be the difference between life and death.

I have seen Dr. Pechman for a handful of ailments over the past 15 years. I always find her bedside compassion as well as her medical knowledge helpful. She has never steered me wrong - sometimes her rx is surgery, sometimes it is cortisone, and sometimes its PT.I would not hesitate to refer anyone in need of a physiatrist to her.

I was told by my surgeon that I needed an EMG, not only was this the most painful test ever in my life, come to find that it wasnt even necessary. The Dr. was rude and so not caring that I was in so much pain.. She is rude and unprofessional.. what a way to keep these doctors rich
