You feel like cattle. No personal attention at all. Poor bedside manor. Dr. Roane comes in late.

Horrible every time...you have to wait long...they rush you.... Not very nice....and then you have to wait like 2 weeks for results when it should be 2-3 days.. Will not be returning

I had been seeing Dr. Roane for quite some time now when she had her office in Garner. Now she only has one in Brier Creek and it has become too far for me to travel. She is the best GYN I have had and I miss going to her so much. She is very professional and nice to all her patients and I wish there were more doctors like her.

I have been seeing Dr. Roane for several years. She was referred to me by friends that also go to her. She is an excellent doctor and though no one is perfect, she comes pretty close. The only problem I've had is a consistent problem of itching that she has not been able to help me with. Maybe it's just age related.

This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. The front desk staff look unclean, don't give eye contact, and talk to you from the waiting room. Dr. Roane came in the patient room with her cleavage showing, and sandals on. Not a professional look. While giving me a annual pap - she also decided to give me an anal exam without for-warning me! I had NEVER had one of these before, nor was I prepared for the PAIN. Her response was "you never had one of those before?" As if all of this was not enough - my pap came back abnormal and her staff did NOT contact me. I had to call them several times to get the results. I took my medical record to Duke University for a 2nd pap. My results came back normal. She took advantage of me and I am going to contact the Medical Board.

I waited 45 min ...felt very rushed...felt they they didn't really care about my issues going on and they prescribed me some medicine that I'm worried to take! I need to see a doctor who really cares....not a good place to go

I will never go back to this place again ! What waste of my time !

If you don't mind waiting an hour to even see the Dr after a scheduled appointment then she is a good doctor. The front desk staff whom maybe be her daughter needs a lesson in customer service and how to be curteous and smile every now and then.

I went to this dr. Office last Tuesday and when i was setting in the waiting area for about 30 min i all i here is the check out girl talking to another patient how much she hates working there i believe its the doctor daughter because i heard the patient say i am going to tell ur mom and she then stated dr. Roane already no i hate this job i think that very unprofessional...the office need to be cleaned up and dr.roane needs to come in on time because there was no reason i should have been waiting so long

Great doctor. I love the way she takes out time with you and actually listens to any of your concerns.
