We’ve been going to Dr. Scott since before Grace Clinic. Her office has always been professional and reliable until today. My husband has a 1:00 PM appointment with Melisa Akins ... when we arrived we were told she was no longer with the office. When we told them that NO one had told us, they informed us that it wasn’t their problem. That if we wanted to be seen by Dr. Scott, we’d have to wait for the two other appointments. When I asked to talk to Liz. We were told that we could goto the walk-in clinic if we were in a hurry and the we were not told we had to wait for two other clients, which was a lie and the receptionist just sat there and didn’t speak up about what she had told us. Liz was rude and very, very disgustingly unprofessional and I will be taking this further. I have always respected Dr. Scott and her office. Today they showed us that we did not matter.

Dr. Scott is a wonderful physician. I've been her patient for 10 years, following her from UMC to Grace. She's very thorough and patient. What matters most to me, as someone with chronic pain, is that she truly understands pain, it's causes, and the ups and downs with it. Her entire staff is excellent. Everyone there is very caring and friendly.

Dr Scott is the most caring Doctor I have met. She takes her time with you and really listens.

Diane Reynolds has always made it easy for my kids to enjoy actually going to the Dr office. And she talks to them and not over them. My all due respects to this lady! Thank you Diane.

she listens to me and my issues, after being a patient of Dr Pirtle and not having issues addressed it has been wonderful to have a doctor who listens to me and treats me with respect and dignity!

Of the 30+ appointments I've had with Dr. Scott's office, I have seen her maybe twice. Dr. Scott recently refused to prescribe my medications, which are medically necessary. She was supposed to refer me to a specialist, which she has failed to do (3 weeks later). I would not recommend this doctor to anyone that I care about.
