Dr. Steffers and her team are wonderful!! She always listens to my concerns and makes sure I have the right medicine. I have a family history of different stomach and colon issues and she has watched me carefully to make sure I stay healthy. Highly recommend!!

Dr Steffer is amazing! She is friendly and laid back, shows a genuine concern for the patient. I will keep going to see her and am also setting my husband up to see her as we are over 50. The front office staff can be rude and seem to want to fight back at me and became loud about some questions I had about my bill, uncalled for. I tried to explain to a nurse about my negative experience with front office staff but it never made it to office manager. I hope next time I go in for the two up front staff are replaced. See Dr Steffer, she’s very worth it!

Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Steffer and we’re both very satisfied by the care we have received from her. She is very pleasant, thorough, and patient, taking her time to address all of our questions and concerns. In addition to her great bedside manner, her expertise and professionalism alleviate our anxieties. We really trust her and will be going to her for all of our family’s GI needs.

Dr. Steffer has the highest level of professionalism, skill, and courtesy. The entire process was smooth and well managed. Her staff was great. Dr. Steffer met with me before and after, to include details of the just completed inspection. An excellent experience from start to finish.

Karen Steffer and the staff in her office are very friendly. They make sure you are comfortable. They take time to answer your question & concerns and make sure your needs are met. This is the second time I have gone to her office and I will certainly continue to use her office for my medical needs.
