Dr. Karen Patricia Gonsalves-Wetherell

I was a patient of Dr Karen Wetherall for 15 years I was with her every step of the way when the practice changed hands multiple times. She has lost every ounce of compassion and has turned into a doctor I never ever want to see again. She appears to be in it for the money now and NOT PATIENT CARE! She totally dismissed me in a time of great personal crisis! And in a pandemic no less! She and her so called medical assistants are rude and incompetent! So much I had to report her to Patient Relations Dr Young or NP John Hammonds are two of the best people to see from this group. In addition her Medical Assistants are so incredibly incompetent! She’s a pretentious doctor now who is rude and just doesn’t give one ounce of caring. I’m sure she cares less she lost a patient but I gained another amazing doctor. Stay clear of this woman. It took 15 years and one last appointment with her to see what she really is unfortunately.

She is easy to see except for Mondays. Mondays she is not in the office.

Doctor was okay. Staff in office were rude and dismissive. They need to do an overhaul of their staff. If you have a billing problem, lookout. You will get screwed. They won't work with you at all. They make the mistake and throw the ball in your court. Be careful if you decide to see this doctor.

If you want it done right she is worth the wait to get in to see her. Keeps very current in medical field. My last visit she caught an anomoly, followed up immediately to confirm diagnosis and referred me to a top rated surgeon. I later found out my problem is often misdiagnosed or delayed up to 18 months before being properly identified. She keys in to what is important; keeping a fast and efficient pace, but will take extra time if your condition needs it. Go there with a list of questions or symptoms and you won't have any problems. I've been with her nearly 10 years and would never go elsewhere.

I'm a woman who went in for a hormone test. When I was called back with the results her staff wanted to talk to a man. I was told that MR. Jones hormone test was normal. They need help to identify Gender! Painful PAPS. I want a Doctor who knows the difference in GENDER
