Dr. Karen Lynne Yates, MD

Dr. Yates diagnosed me after Mayo Clinic could not. Her bedside manner is excellent; she listens and I believe she cares. If there is a downside, it is the office help.

I never even got to see the doctor. I filled out the new patient paperwork and turned it in to the receptionist. she placed it under a pack of cigarettes and said she would call me back. she never did for a month, so I went back in. She shuffled through disorganized piles and apologized, then scheduled an appointment for me. She said to get there 30 minutes early and bring my meds. I arrived at the doctor's office with said meds and there was no more office...I called their office and she informed me 1. I don't have an appointment today, or ever. 2. They had moved without telling me. I have never received such poor treatment from a professional in my life, but I am only 18. Perhaps this is why. I would recommend not bothering with this place if you don't have time for bull crap.
