Karen was very interactive. She knows the area of sleep apnea that I am in need of. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she knew to refer me to rather than trying to answer something she wasn't sure of.

I. Receptionist was so friendly and made it fun explaining I could do a shamrock for my Karen Yapez. Since Ms. Yapez is so great I did a shamrock to praise her. So fun!!2. Assistant who took me in was friendly, courteous and kind; again she just made it pleasant to be there.3. Dr. Yapez then took over. She knew my situation, she checked her data, we had a fun conversation back and forth. She is just a great person & provider. I like feeling the personable connection! And I am very cognizant of the fact her encouraging me to get the CPAP machine; it made a great positive change in my life. At first I resisted getting the CPAP machine but she gave me facts and figures as to its benefits so I made a better decision and got the machine. She is such a great person and really want no other provider in that office.

This was a transfer of doctors treating sleep apnea so she very thoroughly reviewed my history and treatment from my previous provider, as I expected. Dr Yepez was personable and very attentive, she did a referral to my equipment provider to improve my treatment as well, which I appreciated very much! We are off to a great start as a new patient, I wish all my providers were this personable! Impressive.
