Dr. Kari E Bender, DDS

Meet Dr. Kari Bender
Dr. Kari E. Bender grew up in Kingfisher, Oklahoma and has lived in Edmond for the last nine years. As a collegiate athlete she attended the University of Central Oklahoma where she received her undergraduate degree in Biology. Dr. Bender earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma, College of Dentistry. She graduated near the top of her class. Her dedication for excellence earned her a departmental award and scholarship as well as a spot on the Dean’s Honor Roll.
In Dr. Bender’s quest for excellence she has become a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists. Over the next five years she will complete countless hours of continuing education in order to become an accredited member of this elite group of dental professionals.  Dr. Bender is an active member in the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Oklahoma County Dental Society, American Women’s Dental Association, Oklahoma Women’s Dental …Association, Junior League of Oklahoma City, and Edmond Young Professionals Network.
When she is not practicing her passion for dentistry, Dr. Bender spends time with her husband, family, and friends. Her current interests include improving her game of golf and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She also enjoys taking her two dogs, Kash and Fletcher, on long walks.
Dr. Bender understands that every situation is unique. She strives to incorporate the patient’s opinion and very best solution into the treatment plan.
