Dr. Kari Goeben, MD

Trying to sum up how wonderful this place is, especially Dr. Kari Sproul von Goeben, is very difficult. Although I was not a patient of FIRM for very long, each and every visit delivered nothing but compassion and professionalism. Because my husband and I had only tried to conceive for a year before coming to FIRM, I remember feeling hesitant and debating on whether they would wonder why I was there after just one year of trying. From the very moment my husband and I met Dr. von Goeben during the initial consultation, I knew that we were in the right place and would receive the very best care. I simply cannot put into words how grateful I am for Dr. von Goeben and her entire staff. She was able to quickly and proactively diagnose and treat me for an atypical PCOS that I never knew I suffered with. Luckily, it only took us 4 months with FIRM to conceive our first child and we could not be more ecstatic. Every time I came into the clinic or called with a question, I was… treated with kindness and consideration. They were diligent in their answers and extremely proactive in their treatment. I can honestly say that even during my short 4-month duration with FIRM, Dr. von Goeben GREATLY surpassed any expectation that I had initially set forth before contacting the clinic. It honestly was the best decision I have ever made and I couldn’t be more grateful to be her patient. I will forever be grateful to Dr. von Goeben and the staff at FIRM for helping me achieve my dream of becoming pregnant. I can't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Dr.Kari Sproul as an RE. I first met her for a consultation Oct 2011 and What I liked about her is how straight forward she was about my chances of being a mother in my 40's. She did not try scare me to jump to fertility treatments but explained conservative ways to treat my issues. She recommended holistic approaches such as acupuncture, diet and nutrition. In time it was obvious there were underlying issues that did require aggressive treatments but again she suggested conservative methods such as iui before moving forward with aggressive costly ivf treatments. This made me feel that she also cares about my finance as she was not pushy. Dr. Sproul is very prompt with her communication, very patient in answering questions and easing fears. Dr. Sproul is a wonderful doctor I highly recommend her.
