Dr. Karie Devries, MD

I am not sure if this woman just doesn’t know any pathology of gynecological issues but she couldn’t diagnose me with endometriosis when I clearly had it and I was diagnosed a year later by another doctor. She barely listened to me and then condescendingly explained the menstrual cycle to me. She also told me I was being sensitive to my pain and that it was normal… that is the biggest mistake you can make as health care provider. She lacks empathy, competence, and professionalism.

Terrible bedside manner. As a physician myself, I couldn't believe my ears. So condescending and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this woman to anyone.

This is by far the worse Doctor I have ever seen. Dr Karie DeVries is very rude, not professional at all. I had a horrible experience with her. If you are a female seeking guidance or looking for answers for GYN-related issues- do not waste your time here. Dr. DeVries does Not care about you or the reason for your visit. She has severely lacking bedside manner and rush you out the door as soon as they see you. Will dodge your questions and make you feel insignificant and stupid for asking them. What a shame!

Always on time, offered great advice and support.

Dr Devries was so caring and thorough. I really appreciated her being on time for my appointment. She listened to all of my concerns and really helped me. Her staff is great too. I have referred several friends and relatives and they get the same great care.

I really appreciate all Dr DeVries did when I was going through some rough times. She was caring and kind and I really appreciate her honestly and straight forward about my condition. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new ob/gyn.

I have had breakthrough bleeding, I am perimenopausal. I call, and she says wait and see if it happens again, we will draw hormone level. It happens again, in fact been 3x consecutively, after waiting for 10 minutes on the phone, I get an appt in 3 weeks even though I feel week, wobbly and light headed. I waited an hour for my annual appt on my last visit. I have been a patient of hers when she first started out with her very small practive but how she forgets her loyal patients since her practice grew out of control. I am not going to wait 3 weeks for an appt and 6 months to book an annual. I am looking for another Dr who cares about how I feel.

doc is nice but is in lot of hurry and does not give much time to me....for every question mostly the answer is that this is normal during pregnancy....and i never got a call with my lab or ultrasound reports ....it was me every time after waiting for 7-8 days who gives a call to ask about the results and what should be done next...
