This is second time I’ve seen Dr Berty, and I brought my 9 year old daughter to him once. We absolutely love him. So thoughtful and kind, makes you feel safe and comfortable, he’s so knowledgeable and makes sure you understand everything, his staff is so great, he personally follows up to make sure you are ok, and because I was in pain, did everything he could to help me immediately both times. He is the best, hands down.

Dr Berty is great. He somehow made getting my wisdom teeth out a pleasant experience . Can’t recommend him more !

This guy!! Amazing! I can't say enough good things about him. He's very kind, patient, gentle and sweet. He's very personable and has excellent bedside manner as well. I have terrible anxiety and had to have 2 teeth extracted. He very patiently babied me the whole time. He was just so kind. This is my 4th time having an extraction 2 separate single extractions, all 4 wisdom teeth in 1 wack and my recent 2 for 1 performed by Dr. Berty. Best oral surgeon I have ever dealt with, by a landslide. His entire staff is amazing as well. I would absolutely recommend him!

I was sent to Dr Berty from my dentist for a consult to evaluate my issue. I had a swollen face, terrible pain radiating to my ear. He found an abscess and even though he was busy he drained my abscess that morning. I was very impressed how he cared for his patients. He called me at home to check on my progress, I can’t say enough about Dr Berty. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Dr. Berty is a wonderful and caring doctor. I've seen him on several occasions and he's always met my needs and left me feeling very confident in his care. He follows up by calling me at home, which is unusual in the medical world today. I'd r commend him to anyone who needs an experienced professional oral surgeon.

Dr. Berty removed my tooth in a competent manner. However, afterward I felt that I was being rushed out of the office. When reviewing aftercare the technician spoke too fast and seem overly hurried to get to the next patient. So, I asked a second employee to review the aftercare again, she said that she was a nurse, and she was very thorough. Dr. Berty's office staff is either consistently very poor in relaying messages to him from patients, or he is too busy to return them, as it took him 3 days to get back to me and I was having discomfort in my mouth post surgery. I had called three days in a row, before I got a call back. If I have to have another tooth extracted in the future, I would not go back to Dr. Berty's Bay State Oral Surgery.
