We have her then write a note with you regarding Dr. Ocheita, I simply want to copy anyone who might be reading this on the note that I wrote to her after my mom’s passing. Good evening, Dr. Ouchida.. I am sorry to be texting this, but it's difficult tor reach you through the Wright Center switchboard, and I really wanted to convey this message to you. Your voicemail to me regarding my mother's passing was so sweet and caring, but, then again, so was our whole experience with you. Your compassion and understanding are unmatchable. Your dedication to my Mom and her issues was so far out of the ordinary that I feel like we were, literally, touched by an angel -- and I don't even believe in that stuff! I'm not sure that my words will ever be able to convey how thankful I am to you for being there for her, for Michele, and for my brothers and me. You are absolutely the best of the best, and I am forever grateful to you, and to Pedro and Meghan for your devotion and… dedication. With love, Jessica Cohan

Made a cruel decision regarding our loved one's care, then watched while our 80 yr-old loved one was carted off against her will (and contrary to good judgment) and forcibly taken to a substandard facility (e.g., crucial meds aren't administered as prescribed). Dr. Ouchida refused to speak with family members during the incident -- turning away to pretend that she or we weren't there, like a 6 yr-old -- then lied and said that she hadn't been present. Perhaps more important than her lack of original thinking, is her lack of sensitivity to older persons, at least in the case of our loved one. "First, do no harm."
