The way my services have been handled through her has been some of the worst service that I have received anywhere. She automatically assumed that my significant other was a man, even though I never stated as such and referred to them using gender neutral pronouns (as they are non-binary). When I finally corrected her, there was no apology for the assumption or even acknowledgement of it. I also referred to them as my fiance or my partner from when I started seeing her in September of last year, and she called them my boyfriend. Which, ignoring the pronouns, isn't an accurate reflection of our relationship. I provided my name change document to her, twice. My name is also a part of my email address, and a part of my email signature. Instead of checking against these, she spelled my name completely wrong on my prescriptions. If I had an unusual spelling, I could have understood this. However, I use the common spelling of the name Avery. I don't have insurance and have been paying out of… pocket my last two sessions. She called me Monday trying to charge an extra $250 on top of the previously agreed upon $100 per session (Sessions that only last maybe 10 minutes by the way). Her biller had already attempted my card for this amount before calling me to ask for a different one. And only then when I asked where this amount came from did she check and realize that they were trying to overcharge me.
