Dr. Karin Chloe Young, MD

I started seeing Dr Young, after having been on waiting lists for some 18 months, in 2012. She has been superior in her care and concern for me, indeed all her patients. Not only does she have a unique talent to really listen, she also is knowledgeable about the best specialists if one needs a referral. She goes the extra mile by calling with test results , followup calls if one has been in and follow up calls if one calls in but can’t get in to the office. She will work you in! She really is more than just your family doctor. She has a way of making you feel like family. Her office staff is superb! One is always greeted, offered a cup of tea or coffee or water, after vitals are taken. There is no white coat tension in this office!! The office is bright and cheery, homelike actually. Dr Young and her staff are simply the best!!! She practices medicine the old fashioned way the family doctors of my dad’s era did, with genuine compassion. Marie O

Doctor Young and her staff are kind, compassionate, and are always ready to help me and my family. I have a auto immune and a nerve disease that has stolen a lot from me. Doctor Karen is the best at trying to find new modalities to help us. She is a great listener, I can get in to see her right away, and this year there was a shortage of meds: her staff has gone an extra mile in helping us search. I’ve been going to her for 5 years and I’m so blessed to have her as my doctor. If you are looking for a doctor who will not only treat your illness, but hear you, and Follow up...she is the best on the Central Coast.
