I made appointment for annual checkup for myself and the family. The receptionists were clueless. First visit: Scheduled an appointment for 2pm. We sat in the waiting room for about 20 minutes, waited another 45 mins in the patient room, and were seen for another 20. Approximately 1.5 hours to just ask for bloodwork and referrals (told i would receive them within a week). Got the bloodwork in my account after 2 days, I called back to ask if I should come in to review my results. Was told that the doctor would review and would only call if there were any issues. Never received any feedback. According to my bloodwork result there was some issues (I did research myselft) Fast forward another 2 weeks: never received call so called again. Was told that only one person reviewed the results and was promptly forwarded to her voicemail. I never received a call back from her

You can go to nurse clinic or talk to advise nurse on phone and get same level of knowledge, care and advise. Scheduler should allot 3-4x the time because that is how much time she needs with 1 Pt probably typing/ documenting the minimal amount of care and attention she gives per Pt. Her handful yrs of experience is very glaringly obvious.
