Dr.Ellis was great, very easy to talk to and listened to my concerns.

Dr. Ellis seem like it was no big deal my son ended up in the ER because she failed to look into his symptoms when I mentioned to her a on his last appointment, he told her his symptoms and how his face was swollen and she said it was likely a virus, or allergies cause all kind of stuff is going around like the flu, covid, etc. Well 2 days later he ended up in the ER and was diagnosed with Mono had hepatitis, when we went back to the follow up appointment she try to make it seem like it was no big deal and and kept talking about her daughter having it way worse last year and that my son was doing well, she was going to just go into end the appointment when I had to ask for her about him getting lab work done , and then she said , oh sure if that's what you guys want to do? Like how are we supposed to know how his liver function is doing with out a test? Anyways they came back and still ATL is elevated, it even went up since he was at the ER so now he will have to have it done in 2-4… weeks as she said in the message in MyChart, so far I'm contemplating asking for a change in providers because of how she has handled this situation with my son's health.
