Dr. Karl Lyndell Pete, MD

This guy really stinks his attitude needs some major adjusting he didn't care about anybody but his self and he treats every one around him poorly and he's judgmental and looks down on everyone it seems

All real terrible experiences. The lack of care that this man has for anyone other than his self is shameful. I suggest finding an alternative unless you make more money than he does because anything beneath him is not going to be a quality experience

I met Dr. Karl Pete when his practice was in Raliegh, NC. I was having concerns about PSA, and prostate health. I have been very impressed with Dr. Pete, so much so that when he relocated his practice to Williamsburg, VA, I travel there from Raleigh to continue receiving urology expertise under his care. I would recommend him to anyone. He listens, interacts, and is very attentive to me, the patient. I have never had an MD call me on my cell but Dr. Pete does that, because he demonstrates care and compassion.

Dr. Pete was my Urologist a few years ago. I honestly can't say enough about him. He was always there for me through every surgery even those that he didn't have to be involved in. He even personally took me walking one day after surgery Not sure how things would have turned out were it not for God and him. He is simply the best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Karl Pete's for about 5 years now. I went to him because of PSA history. He is very articulate and thorough, and clearly explained my options and his recommendations. I consider him one of the very best MDs I've had over my 40 plus years of adulthood.

He is very rude to the nurses. Made me very uncomfortable during my hospitalization.

I highly recommend Dr. Karl Pete as my Urologist. He takes very good care of me, and is genuinely concerned about my health and well being. He has a great bedside manner, and always provides me with a descriptive diagnosis and several options for treatment with pros and cons of each option. I fully trust Dr. Pete with my health and my safety.

We took our son to Dr. Pete - he doesn't like the patient or parent to talk, just listen. Not a good bedside manner - cold and arrogant. He prescribed bladder med. to my son, with no other instructions. After a week there was no improvement, actually it worsened. My son also had side effects from med. so I called to ask what to do. I never received a call back. You also cannot reach a live person when calling - you are always sent to VM even to schedule an appointment. We are going to Duke and won't waste the $300 to see this man again.

I was very impressed with Dr. Pete's professionalism, dedication to healing, followup communications,and his unique bedside mannerisms. He saved my niece's life in the midst of developing medical and surgical complications, and I will am eternally grateful.
