Dr. Karla Surman Hinze, MD

She was my primary doctor at the Temple VA Annex , she was the first doctor that help me with the right medications for my medical problems that actually works . Always made time to see me even when I was late for my appointments . She's the best .

Dr. Hinze is a highly qualified, knowledgeable, and thorough doctor. She has been my primary care doctor for about a year and a half. I've had roughly 5 appointments with her and 8 to 10 secure messages from her. She promptly responds to my secure email messages with advice and answers to my questions. She genuinely shows interest in my health condition and treatment. I am blessed to have her as my primary care doctor. She has a wonderful staff which is a reflection of her professional leadership. I would be very disappointed to lose her as my doctor.
