I wish I had the option to choose 0 stars. Let me say that Dr. Ross is amazing, very detailed and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, her office staff are terrible. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they are extremely rude. Bcos no one answers the phone it is often difficult to get prescriptions refilled. Not to mention that we were billed for services rendered during a physical that we should've never been billed for. It was a physical! I called to ask why we were being billed and didn't get a response other than we will follow-up with the DR. Three months later, we're still waiting for a DR's response. It's really sad and unprofessional because I really liked DR. Ross. Unfortunately, because of her staff I will be looking for another Primary Care Dr.

She is very thorough and does not rush, I don't feel like a number but a person.

Its truly unfortunate that all these other reviews are exactly correct. I like Dr. Ross as an physician but I hate her office. I just walked out of her office after sitting IN THE LOBBY for 1 hour and 30 minutes. My appointment was at 11:30!!!! Her front office had a REP come back to bring food while I waited. So i left because I know the next step would be to put me in the room to wait some more while they ate lunch with the REP!! She always has new employees that don't seem to know whats going on. Whenever I call to get a prescription no one every answers the phone or returns my calls. I have to actually walk in to her office to get anything accomplished. Today was the last straw I will not be returning!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Karlene Ross since 2009. It was great; however, I'm not sure what's going on, but my appointments have been cancelled three times by her office with no explanation. The latest incident was today. My rescheduled appointment was for 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:00pm and the office was closed. No calls, notice ...nothing. Disappointed is all I can say and go elsewhere!!!

Everything everyone is saying about this doctor is correct. I've been seeing this doctor for 2 years now and I am not satisfied with the service. When you schedule an appt. to see Dr. Ross she is a very nice person and genuinely cares about your health and gives you all the time to discuss your issues and concerns in person. However, the disconnect begins when you leave the office and need service such as scheduling appts, have questions or filling a prescriptions where the services sucks. The long response time given towards patients is very disrespectful. Emails and prescriptions are not answered timely or filled in a timely manner. I switched doctors based on a referral given as I was looking for better service than my previous doctor. The old saying goes "The grass is not always greener on the other side". Not satisfied, moving on.

I've only seen Dr Ross once --- she thoughtful and expresses sincere interest in my health and spent time talking to me about treatment options and future health requirements. However, communications via her office is very difficult -- I tried call about a follow-up appointment and a refill without success for multiple days. Once I received a call back (days later) the prescription was never completed. I submitted requests via their website---no response; and it took two follow-up visit to their office in order to get a prescription for medication that ran out a week before.

I have been seeing Dr. Ross for over 5 years. However, ever since she moved offices it has been difficult to reach them by phone. The other reviewers are right. The staff never pick up. You get a voicemail and they never bother to call back. I like Dr. Ross as she really is a caring and thorough doctor but if this keeps on I may have to look elsewhere for a new doctor. I hope she realizes the incompetence of her staff or she may end up with no patients left.

I was referred by a friend who has been under the Dr. Ross care for a year or more, I schedule my first appointment with Dr. Ross. I knew in the beginning that something was not right anytime, the Receptionist asked me a stupid question of do I know how much my co-pay is, if not, could I call my insurance company to fine out. Strike one for me already. Then she takes all of my information that is needed. Following month I was bill for any amount as if I had no insurance.

Impossible to communicate with them. They never pick up the phone and don't call back if you leave a message. Not even in urgent situations
