Karleny is very nice and I believe she has my best interests in mind. I am not too sure regarding the cream that she wanted me to restart, but I didn't say anything, and refilled the prescription. As I recall when I tried it the last time, one of the possible side effects mentioned when I read the literature that came with the prescription was cancer. I have the prescription & am considering restarting. I have other health concerns that require my attention, but will consider what she said about the cream. Thanks for asking.
