Dr. Karol Denise Dangaran

Dr. Dangaran is a very competent MD. However, her office staff and office manager, Kara are not willing to accept responsibility for their billing errors. The office billed the wrong insurance and are holding the patient responsible for the bill.

I was anxious about my appointment this morning. I had had a mole removed and for some reason the anesthesia wasn’t working. I was still having pain. She gave me all she could. I went to get my stitches out. At a previous appointment the receptionist had let the patient ahead of me know that he was late. Today she let another patient know he was late. I was on time. A gal in front of me had an appointment 15 minutes after me with Dr. Dangaran. She was called in before me. My appointment was at 9. I asked the receptionist what time my appointment was? She said 9. I told her that the gal that went in front of me was 9:15. She said you’re both here for suture removal. It is a short appointment! That only upset me more! No, I’m sorry, I made a mistake. I mentioned it to the nurse and she told me that she needed to wait for a room for me to open up. When I told her the story, she said nothing. Yes, people make mistakes, just come clean!

Waited 1 hour to see her. She gave me a diagnosis and recommended products for me to purchase. She rushed me through the appointment. I called her 1 week after to let her know that my skin was reacting unfavorably to the product, and that I would like to return it. She has not called me back to address the issue. I'm extremely disappointed. I would not recommend her!
