Expert caring doctor!

Ive been coming to her several years now, and i always felt rushed in seeing her, most of her patients are older. I first begin seeing her cause my mother and father see her, but i assume if your arent one of her older patients she just dismisses you. i literally my last visit sat in the waiting room 1 1/2 hours, for her to see me for 10 mins. I was telling her how i felt and what was going on, and she pretty much made me feel so uncomfortable. Too many doctors out there that really care, and i finally realized just because my parents are ok with her doesnt mean i have to be. She is not caring at all.

Very satisfied with Dr. Vangala. She spends the amount of time necessary and encourages you to be responsible , along with her, in your health care. I went to her after my doctor went out of network and I have not been disappointed. She is kind and caring.

The Doctor I had no problem with. Good overall. However, the office returning calls needs special attention. Melissa didn't return my calls even after speaking to her on 3 different occasions pertaining to a referall that never materialized after 2 Months. I changed Doctors. Those issues were unacceptable to me.

I work in the medical field and find that patients have many personalities. I don't find it helpful to like or dislike our clients based on the 1 hour they are in our office. The same goes for the physicians I see when I am the patient. I'm happy that Dr. Vangala is here with her skill to aid in my medical conditions.. I've been one of her patients for 15 years. She has my complete confidence!! And her staff give their best effort in all they do. After all .. most of their service is given to sick patients.

only been seeing Dr. Vangala for and yr. and I will be looking for a new Dr. I feel she doesn't care about her patients, and were just there for insurance payments!

Her bedside manner is so some timey. You don't know if you are going to get Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde when you go into the office. Sometimes it not worth the trouble. I plan on finding another doctor at the beginning of the year. Instead of her telling you what need to be done, she ask you what do you want to do. There have been times when I'm in her office, (Mr. Hyde), she talked to me as though she was angry with someone else and took her smart mouth on me. The lady at the front desk is always friendly to me, but, the MA who is in the office with her, (on the computer), is awful and very rude.

I have appreciated the time spent with me at my visits. Dr. Vangala is never rushed with me. She takes the time to answer all my questions and is very thorough. She is a great doctor, in my opinion.

I love this lady. She is tough and gives it to you straight. If you don't want to improve your health and you just want pills then this is not the doctor for you.

I have been going to Dr Vangala for years and have had no qualms with her or the treatment she has provided. She is always courteous and thorough and our visits have been productive. (Here comes the but) But, her staff is terrible. On the phone or in person they are everything that Dr Vangala is not. They are discourteous, short, act as if they don't have time for you, etc... Well this camel's back is broke and I have decided not to go back and I will find another Dr.
