I wish I could leave 0 stars! If you have any other options in medical providers, take them. The customer service at this office is atrocious. I wish I could say it’s only the office staff, but it seems to be a systemic problem starting at the top with Dr Irfan and trickling down to the staff. 3 of the first 4 appointments I scheduled with Dr Irfan didn’t happen because I got a call either the day before or the morning of my appointment saying they had to reschedule because the doctor’s schedule changed. And it wasn’t like they tried to get me in the next day, they would cancel and reschedule my appointment for 3 weeks later. One time I showed up to an appointment. I waited IN THE OFFICE for an hour before they finally called me up to the window to say “I’m sorry, Dr Irfan had something come up and he had to leave. We need you to come back next week.” I can’t say much about his actual ability to practice medicine, but the business is a joke.
